2.4 As part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, zs7770 may request documentation to verify your identity, age, residential address, and/or source of funds. You agree to provide such documentation promptly upon request. Delays in providing requested documentation may result in temporary restrictions on your account.
2.5 Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period — defined as twelve (12) consecutive months without a login — may be classified as dormant. Dormant account handling, including any applicable maintenance fees, is described in the platform's dormancy policy, which forms part of these Terms.
3.1 zs7770 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Payments page, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. 3.2 All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is detected, zs7770 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the account, and conduct a KYC investigation before releasing any funds.
3.3 Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed on the withdrawal page and are subject to change. Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed.
3.4 zs7770 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independently of zs7770. You are responsible for any fees levied by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or crypto network.
3.5 Currency conversion from PKR to any other currency, where applicable, will be conducted at rates set by zs7770's payment processors. These rates may differ from publicly available exchange rates. zs7770 is not responsible for currency conversion losses.
3.6 zs7770 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments pending the completion of fraud, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), or KYC investigations. In circumstances where suspicious transaction patterns are identified, zs7770 may freeze account funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.
4.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits made available on zs7770 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game contributions. These specific terms are provided at the point of each offer and must be read in conjunction with these General Terms.
4.2 Where a wagering requirement applies, the bonus amount — or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The following activities are expressly prohibited on the zs7770 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:
8.1 All content on the zs7770 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of zs7770 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the zs7770 platform.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs7770 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.
9.2 zs7770's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your zs7770 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 zs7770 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.1 zs7770 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.
10.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting zs7770 support. Upon account closure, any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC and AML clearance procedures. Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from unmet wagering requirements will be voided upon closure.
10.3 Where an account is terminated by zs7770 due to a breach of these Terms, the associated balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where the breach involves fraud or money laundering, may be reported to relevant authorities and/or forfeited.
11.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zs7770 holds its operating licence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
11.2 Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. You should contact zs7770 support in the first instance with a clear description of your complaint. zs7770 will endeavour to respond within five (5) business days.
11.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified by zs7770's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR process are available on request.
12.1 zs7770 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, zs7770 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the zs7770 platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
12.3 The current version of these Terms and Conditions, including the date of last update displayed at the top of this page, supersedes all previous versions.
